* Trainees/ students/ nurses : In order to register under this category you will be required to upload a signed and stamped letter from the head of your department confirming your status.
** Accompanying Person – Entrance to the Opening Ceremony and Conference Reception.
*** ASVAC 2017 delegates are entitled to workshop free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. Workshop participants can not access any ASVAC 2017 sessions.

  • Attendance to all scientific sessions
  • Delegate’s conference materials
  • Refreshments during breaks as indicated in the program
  • Opening Ceremony and Conference Reception
  • Admission to the exhibition

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of registration fees (in USD) can be made as follows :

By Credit Card

Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

By Bank Transfer

  • Additional 30 USD fee.
  • Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Note Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming the registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that the registration fees were not credited in the Conference account on time.

 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows :

  • Prior to February 28, 2017 – Full refund
  • From March 1, 2017, until April 4, 2017 – 50% refund.
  • From April 5, 2017 – No refund.

Any fees charged, 3% surcharge applicable to online payment by credit cards will not be refunded. Bank transfer admission fee (USD 30) will also not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

All approved refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
